Kingdom Digital Malaysia has appointed Kevin Teh as Creative Director, marking a strategic step in the agency’s evolution as a powerhouse of creative innovation, built to deliver work that is not only effective but truly "Made Differently".
With 17 years of creative experience, Kevin will lead the agency’s creative direction across regional markets, working closely with Edmund Lou, Strategy Director of Kingdom Digital, to shape marketing solutions that blend data-driven insights, AI-enabled technology, and creative storytelling. His appointment reflects Kingdom Digital’s ambition to push beyond traditional content-led output toward immersive experiences designed to live and resonate far beyond the screen.
Kevin will oversee creative vision and output across the agency’s growing Southeast Asian portfolio as Kingdom Digital continues expanding its capabilities in AI-powered creativity, digital-first experiences and culturally relevant brand storytelling for regional and global clients.
Kevin said the opportunity to build upon Kingdom Digital’s established digital foundation while shaping its next creative chapter drew him to the role.
“I was drawn to Kingdom Digital’s clear ambition to push the boundaries of what a modern agency can be,” said Kevin. “There is a profound opportunity here to move beyond mere execution and deliver ideas that shape business and culture. I look forward to helping define the next version of our creative standard.”
Looking ahead, Kevin emphasised that the goal is not simply to scale output but to create sharper distinction. “We want ideas that deserve to exist in culture and experiences people can interact with, not just content they scroll past. When the work is confident, memorable, and recognisably Kingdom Digital even without the logo, that’s when we know we’re on the right track.”
Ryan Ong echoed this vision, noting that Kevin’s leadership strengthens the agency’s commitment to creativity as a business driver. “Kevin brings a rare balance of creative ambition and commercial discipline. He understands that creativity and performance are not separate, creativity is the growth engine behind performance. His focus on culturally resonant ideas and distinctive thinking makes him the right fit to lead Kingdom Digital Malaysia’s creative evolution,” said Ryan.
Kevin's appointment also accelerates the agency’s commitment to AI-enabled creativity, where technology enhances craft rather than replacing it.
“AI is removing friction from execution. When production becomes faster and more accessible, the value shifts to taste, judgement and originality,” Kevin explained. “AI-enabled creativity is about accelerating exploration. You can test more directions, visualise ideas earlier, and unlock possibilities that weren’t practical before. But tools don’t decide what’s worth making. People do.”
This philosophy aligns closely with Kingdom Digital’s “Made Differently” positioning. For Kevin, this means challenging briefs, asking better questions, and pursuing ideas with genuine emotional resonance.
“For us, ‘Made Differently’ isn’t just a mantra; it’s a standard,” added Ryan. “Every hire and every campaign is held to that bar. Kevin embodies this mindset, translating bold thinking into measurable impact.”

Kingdom Digital’s recent client wins, including Malaysia Airlines, Spritzer, iProperty Malaysia, redBus, Counterpain and more. This further underscores the agency’s growing momentum, with Malaysia emerging as a key strategic hub for regional growth.
With Kevin’s appointment, Kingdom Digital Malaysia continues to strengthen its position as a digital-first creative agency, delivering AI-enabled ideas and experiences that help brands achieve meaningful differentiation. By connecting purpose with emotion, the agency remains committed to opening new doors of possibility in an increasingly competitive global landscape.
